I’ve used a TENS device after hard training sessions, and it definitely helped reduce muscle soreness the next day. I usually applied it within an hour after finishing, starting with a gentle program and moderate intensity. It didn’t cure inflammation, but it made my muscles feel more relaxed and reduced the achiness enough that I could sleep better. I use the unit I bought from tensmachines.co.nz and stick to about 20–30 minutes per area. For minor strains and post-workout discomfort, it’s become a really useful part of my recovery routine.
