Imagine a warm room on a winter night in Adelaide's inner south. A vintage lounge bar on Goodwood Road with vintage tables, warm lighting, art on the walls, the kind of room where the music doesn't play at you, it fills the space between you and everyone else in it.

Alexandra Frost and Ed Heddle return to Ginger's Vintage Lounge Bar for a cabaret evening of jazz, blues, soul and gospel, drawing from the warm swing of the jazz songbook, the depth and soul of the blues, and the intimate chanson tradition of Paris.

Alexandra has been performing songs like these for years. Every show brings new connections, new songs and new intersections between the artists' stories and her own, and somehow the intimacy of that experience keeps people coming back.

Arrive from 6pm for dinner. A menu and drinks to match the quality of the evening. Or join us from 8pm for the show. Either way, this is a night worth settling into.
