The Blue Bettys are a brand-new Adelaide duo bringing together the sweet, sultry and soaring vocals of Tash Archer with the soulful, expressive voice of Brooke DuBois. Together, they create rich harmonies and a warm, nostalgic night of music, the kind of evening you’ll be glad you braved the cold for!

Tash is well known in Adelaide music circles for her work across wineries and boutique venues, both as a solo original artist and for her knack for taking a great cover and making it completely her own. She's also the lead singer of local cover band Take Five, sharing the stage with Brooke.

With musical roots in the Eyre Peninsula, Brooke has been singing for years and loves tunes that tell a story and allow her to connect with the emotion behind the music. Her voice blends with Tash's like lemon and honey, jam and scones, or gin and tonic and she's excited to step up alongside her fellow "school mum" for this new women-driven act.

Strumming up a storm on the uke and rhythm guitar respectively, with some percussive elements thrown in, Tash and Brooke are excited to make their debut as The Blue Bettys at Ginger's Vintage Lounge Bar on Saturday 19 September.

At this gloriously retro and cosy venue, they will present, "Iconic Women in Music" an evening celebrating some of their favourite female artists, from musical heroes and nostalgic favourites to a few surprises. From Amy Winehouse to Alanis Morrissette, via Stevie Nicks, Kasey Chambers and more, their playlist has been handpicked with songs they love that will excite, delight and hit that nostalgic spot.

Bring along that person you've been promising to catch up with for eons, grab dinner, or simply enjoy a drink, and let The Blue Bettys provide the soundtrack to your unforgettable night out.

It's an intimate space, so don't be surprised if it sells out!
Tickets are just $10.
We'd love to see you there!
